Privacy policy
Plain statement of what this site collects from you, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
MB Kondra Defence, registration code 307501294, Vilnius, Lithuania, is the controller for the personal details you submit on this site. For any privacy question, or to exercise a right listed below, write to sales@kondra.eu.
The specification request form collects your full name, work email address, organisation, country, the option that describes you, the items you need, and an optional message. Fields marked with an asterisk are required for us to answer.
This site has no user accounts, no logins and no upload area.
We use your details to answer your enquiry and to send the documents you ask for, to keep a record of the enquiry and its outcome, and where export-control or other legal obligations require it.
We do not run marketing newsletters, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
We process these details because you asked us to respond to an enquiry, which is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Where processing goes beyond answering your enquiry, we ask for your consent first.
A submitted request is stored in the managed database that runs this site and is delivered by email to our sales address. Access is limited to the people at Kondra Defence who answer enquiries. We do not pass your details to advertising networks or data brokers.
If a supplier or partner needs your details to fulfil your request, we tell you before sending them.
This site loads no advertising scripts and no third-party trackers. Aggregate traffic is measured with Plausible, which sets no cookies, does not store personal data and does not build a profile of you.
Specification requests are kept for 24 months and then deleted from the database. If you ask us to delete your request earlier, we do.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, and ask for it in a portable format. Where processing rests on your consent you can withdraw it at any time.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to a data protection supervisory authority. In Lithuania that is the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
If this policy changes, the page is updated and the date below changes. Material changes to how we handle a submitted request are also stated on the request form itself.
